Indië Rose

Anavrin Yoga, founded in South Wales, specialises in Yoga, Yoga therapy, Sound therapy, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, and wellbeing. Established by Indië Rose in 2017, the goal is to promote the genuine essence and advantages of yoga, emphasising its inclusivity for all body types, beyond the limited portrayals often seen in the media.

Since its establishment, Anavrin Yoga has incorporated session mantras to ensure yoga's accessibility to everyone, creating a solid foundation for all participants. Indië has utilised her expertise in applying yogic principles to daily life to foster a supportive yoga community called Kula, where individuals can authentically engage in yoga. By crafting unique flows and a personalised style, Anavrin has introduced upcoming educational courses based on the Anavrin Tantra Yoga Method.

Indië Rose, the creative mind behind Anavrin, has developed a unique yoga approach that resonates with many individuals seeking personal growth and a deeper connection to their practice. The Anavrin Tantra Yoga Method has been shaped through personal insight, extensive training, and experience. This method evolved from the absence of representation of 'Ordinary' yoga in the community, as many were deterred from practicing yoga due to common misconceptions of what yoga should entail.

Her journey, marked by resilience and a profound understanding of holistic well-being, has led to a method that blends ancient tantra principles with modern yoga techniques. This fusion not only enhances physical health but also nurtures mental clarity and emotional equilibrium.

Anavrin distinguishes itself with evidence-based methodologies that underscore the interconnectedness of Mind, Body, and Being. By focusing on the foundational principles of BREATHE - FLOW - BALANCE - EVOLVE, and emphasising the 'Breath first' approach, participants have reported significant enhancements in flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.

Furthermore, Indië's method provides accessible options for all levels, ensuring that individuals of varying experience levels can benefit. The structured programs, along with her intuitive guidance, empower individuals to seamlessly integrate yoga into their daily routines, promoting enduring lifestyle changes.

Following a brief hiatus due to health challenges, Indië has returned with renewed enthusiasm, eager to share the transformative influence of yoga. Her steadfast commitment to making yoga accessible and transformative remains a source of inspiration for her community, guiding them towards holistic health and spiritual expansion. Now more than ever, Anavrin is ready to support your personal development and help you embody the true spirit of yoga.

A Message From Our Founder

Om Shanti my friends,

I am Indie Rose, known as the Yogini Bear, and I extend a warm welcome to Anavrin by Be Yoga Love, home of the Anavrin Tantra Yoga Method (ATYM). Embrace the ATYM philosophy of Be. Yoga. Love and my personal guiding principles: Be Yoga, Be Love, Be You. I share my yoga experiences to help you integrate these values into your life and practice.

Have you heard of Ordinary Yoga? Well that's a big part of the mission set moons ago when Anavrin was in conception. My WHY opened my heart to yoga during my teenage years, shifting and flowing through each chapter through my deep studying & healing which has brought me to today, curating & sharing in the unique bespoke yoga styles to make this beautiful way to be, well, Ordinary! While I enjoy the fancy names, at heart, I am a Tantra traditionalist who seeks solace in the roots of Yuj, where I can harmonise my past and future by simply being present. (*taking some liberties with the term "simply" here!)

For more than half of my life, I've had the incredible privilege of being both a mother and a Yogini, each complementing the other and shaping me to be the best version of myself.

Over the past 3 decades, the waves of my life, my dharma, purpose has evolved into the role of a yoga guide. Introduced to the wonder of yoga at a young age most certainly planted a seed that im so thankful for. My path to the mat as a lifestyle took hold during my struggle with postnatal depression, culminating in a breakdown in 2002. Opting not to rely on medication, I sought ways to regain control and heal myself. This quest led me to immerse my soul in Buddhism, Hinduism, and Yoga as guiding lights in my life, using diet, breathwork, and yoga to transform my well-being.

Was it an easy journey to embark on? Certainly not! Was it worthwhile? Absolutely! Throughout the challenges I've faced, my practice and spirituality have served as my grounding force. The essence of Be Yoga Love emanates from my personal journey, offering an accessible yoga approach. Facing challenges is never easy; I have encountered rock bottom several times due to others' actions. Nevertheless, my inner awareness has always guided me back to myself. In my classes, I openly share personal stories to demonstrate that I teach from the heart, not just from books. My life experiences have influenced how I assist others, enabling me to establish a more relatable platform and offer essential support by being there to listen and hold space for you.

Have I dealt with fatigue, dietary issues, sorrow, joy...? Absolutely. However, I didn't turn to the mat solely for recovery; I aimed to transform my life, cultivate inner strength and mindfulness, never to revisit those low points. It's the process of falling seven times and rising eight that defines me, and this is how we can help you become the best version of yourself.

Undoubtedly, I have faced challenges, but my dedication to understanding my mind and being, faith, and awareness create a secure space to navigate the darkness, and when the time is right, the light that shines through becomes my guiding beacon back to a peaceful state with a deeper understanding of love, life, and self. The incredible ways in which you can bend or move your body can be truly mind-blowing.Embrace learning and growth, my friends!

We are all interconnected in this world, and I firmly believe that we each have a duty to be kind to each other whilst pouring love into values and protection for our planet, from the smallest to the largest aspects. Throughout the year, I welcome you to join the Anavrin family in our initiatives to clean up litter on shorelines and mountain peaks, followed by revitalising yoga and meditation sessions to rejuvenate and harmonise our energy.

Embracing nature's beauty, I find solace in outdoor settings like beaches and hills, connecting with the energy of the natural world. Drawing from my early exposure to pagan traditions and my commitment to conservation, I infuse these elements into my practice and shared experiences.

With nearly three decades of exploration and living my passion through various life encounters, I can confidently say that Yoga has transformed me, making me a better individual for my children and everyone I encounter.
I love to learn, especially when its something that makes my soul smile.

Do qualifications held by a yoga teacher truly reflect their expertise in guiding you? The old traditional CV might state: Officially completed 2500+ hours of training and over 30,000 hours of teaching and guiding.

But its the dedication and effort beyond documented hours include self-study, extensive reading, course materials, written papers, developing yoga sequences, branding, traveling, online research, and practical application of knowledge to address trauma and life experiences bring me to you today..

While acquiring over 2500 hours of formal training is essential for certifications and expanding knowledge, the true expertise comes from facing personal struggles and translating theoretical knowledge into real-life practice, meeting individuals on the mat. It's a world filled with diverse energies, stories, motivations, and personal journeys.

Your WHY is the key to our synergy at the Haus Of Wellness.

Ive been blessed to walk alongside a great many of you and it has been humbling and heart warming.

In this space, teaching becomes a mutual learning experience. Here, you won't find recycled courses and generic advice; instead, you'll encounter an authentic and unfiltered perspective on life's challenges, emphasising self-love, boundaries, awareness, acceptance, and accountability. It's about transforming negativity into compassion, understanding, and personal growth.

Yoga goes beyond physical postures; it delves into the depths of your unique life story, fostering a sense of belonging and acceptance within our community, even if you choose not to share your personal experiences. Ultimately, yoga is about finding your way back to yourself.

One of my invitations to you when we meet on the mat is 'Close your eyes so that you can see' and this encapsulates our sessions perfectly. this has allowed me to nurture who I am and my experiences to my vision: A squeeze your ass, smoosh your belly out of the way system:ATYM is open to everyone with all experiences is based upon not knowing your left from your right and being unable to balance on two feet?...YOU'RE IN! I don't find my roots in being a teacher, but as someone to guide you through learnings so you can teach me how yoga meets you where you are; I am here to walk with you, to guide you to your Yoga.

I view the friends I meet on the mat not as my students, but as companions on a shared journey. Our Kula, a community, provides a nurturing space where we can seek solace and sanctuary together on the mat. While I offer knowledge, you bring wisdom - as I learn and grow with each session, realising that without you, my learning would be incomplete.

My goal is to assist individuals in realising that flexibility originates from the mind, not limitations. From what I've observed, there is no universal solution, as everyone's journey is unique and cannot overshadow another's. Instead, it serves as a reminder that we are not alone in our experiences. As a busy 'mumtrepreneur' raising four little yogis, I understand the struggles of balancing family life with personal growth and daily improvements. It's quite a challenge, isn't it? That's why I keep my yoga practice open and accessible wherever possible.

As a certified Yoga & Sound Therapist, massage therapist, personal trainer, and mindfulness Guide, my life's mission is to assist others in transforming themselves into a more harmonious and balanced individual. By integrating teachings that focus on physical and spiritual wellness through practices like breathwork, yoga postures (movement and stillness), sound therapy, and neuroscientific methods, we explore additional ways to nourish your mind, body, and soul for enhanced self-healing. This includes incorporating Ayurvedic medicine, mindfulness practices, and meditation techniques.

Meet me on the mat for a personalised Yoga experience and discover our upcoming Yoga Guide Trainings designed to cultivate trustworthy teachers. Please note, there are no quick 30-day YTT certifications here. From our 200hr to 500hr YGT to 50 hour meditation intensive CPD and so on, the education with Anavrin will be set apart from the rest. 200 hours of practical teaching experience (not just course attendance) and a transformative personal journey will bring you to your own way to guide yoga and make are the world feels the love. I bring my experience to deliver Anavrin Yoga's unique biopsychosocial-spiritual approach, providing a holistic learning journey tailored to each individual. Let the energy of the practice speak for itself, as I believe actions speak louder than words and my focus is on your growth and experience.

Egos are set aside, my friends; it's all about you. With a diverse range of experiences, I offer a unique perspective on how yoga, mindfulness, and meditation can be applied in the modern age. I am confident that you will feel at home in our Kula community, where you can both lose and find yourself simultaneously. Providing solace on challenging days and supporting you to push your boundaries. By blending traditional Tantra Yoga with contemporary methods, I strive to make yoga accessible to all, allowing everyone to benefit beyond the mat and apply it to their busy lives. I aim to guide you through a transformational journey with a focus on both enjoyment and significance, making a yogic way of life as natural as breathing. Embracing the Sanskrit language and mystical essence that accompanies it, my goal is to make a yogic lifestyle affordable and within reach for all, uniting us as One.

Let's meet on the mat soon! Indie Rose xo
