Hatha yoga is a slow-paced and gentle practice, focusing on breathing and meditation. It is the traditional form of yoga, and its lineage is taken by others. It acts as a great introduction to more advanced styles of yoga.
You can expect to be introduced to some basic breathing exercises and some seated meditation. Lots of modifications and advanced alternatives for postures are given so each session is personal to you.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. It is a flowing breath coordinated style of yoga and offers dynamic tapas
(inner fire/metabolism) raising sequences.
Our theme-based vinyasa experiences offer a full-body journey, chakra cleansing, and purposeful flows. Moving meditation with dynamic stretching increases flexibility and improves the mind and body connection. It can even aid with weight loss/management.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slower-paced style of modern yoga with postures or asanas being held for longer periods of time. Some classes will have between 5 to 10 postures being embraced for up to 10 minutes at a time. Depending on experience and comfort zone, your practice is geared toward you.
Relaxation is a class perfect for yogis/yoginis looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. It entails a slower sequence to allow the body to rest, restore, and rejuvenate on a cellular level. Focusing on pranayama, breathing techniques, and yin yoga to gently stretch the body will enable you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace before flowing into a guided meditation.
Meditation Experiences are open to everyone (a chat beforehand will be required to make sure you get what is right for you). They give a practical introduction to meditations and include benefits, mindfulness, good posture, and how to start a daily practice at home.
We offer indoor and outdoor experiences for a beautiful connection to nature. Outdoor sessions are a wonderful way to embrace the natural world around us and the symphony of music mother nature plays. Sessions will enable you to build a practice whereby you can train your attention and awareness to achieve an improved, mentally clear, and more emotionally stable state of being.
Using gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments we move through a beautiful experience of rest and full body relaxation
Find the self, through the self.
